Today Dame Susan Devoy, New Zealand's race relation Commissioner, presented us with copies of our poster. Our poster was one of three winners in this year's Race Relations Day Poster Competition. My picture is in the second row, second from the left.

I Am Learning to Sequence a Story

Today we read the story called 'The Leaf Boats'. We then had to put the pictures and words in the correct order on the computer.

"It was tricky. I could read the words easily but it was tricky to draw the lines."

I Am Learning to Make Repeating Patterns

Today we made repeating patterns with the blocks and beads. 

"My patterns has 6 colours. The next colour I need will be blue."
